I. Overview
Steel plate flat fly ingshear unit has the function of tracking ruler shearing steel plate, can be a variety of coil material by opening, leveling, tracking ruler cut into different specifications of plate, to ensure that the plate material at the set speed of the ruler cut, effectively improve the production line production efficiency. At the back of the unit, the plate collection system can be added to the plate to collect the plate cut by the ruler into a pallet. Structural description
Mechanical composition: loading trolley, roll-cutting machine, roll-down feeder, school flat, (live set) ruler device, fly-shear, conveyor, plate collection system.
Electrical system: the whole line adopts high-performance PLC programmable control system, using closed-loop control mode, fly-shear automatically matching shear speed, high sensitivity and high precision.
Hydraulic system: the whole line using excellent and reliable hydraulic system, the unit configuration at home and abroad well-known hydraulic components, to meet the high-strength, high stiffness of the institutional design concept.
